Karl: A Servant from the Moustache Class?
Claude: There are definitely more than the seven classes, but the ones that appeared in the 5th and 4th Heavens Feel are what we know as the 'standard' classes. In each Heavens Feel there must be a grand total of seven
summoned Servants, but as long as one of each of the knight classes are summoned (Saber, Archer and Lancer), it's awwwwright. There can even be
multiple representives of a single class present. As an example, in the 3rd Heavens Feel there were two Sabers and no Berserker present.
The eight servant class, Avenger, was a 'special' class introduced in the 3rd Heaven's Feel. Angra Mainyu (Sakura's servant that Kotomine tries to summon during the HF route) is, to the best of my knowledge, the only Avenger. Avenger is the only 'special' class we know of, but there could definitely be more.
