Satsuki: Umm . . . is this okay? Sion, how are things on your end?

Sion: No problems to report. The equipment is functioning properly.

Satsuki: Where is it? Oh, nice! I can see myself in it! Look! Look!

Sion: Of course. I am the one operating it. I, the alchemist from Atlas,
am on a different level from certain people in the Clock Tower.
The quality of this will be so great you'll never think it was a
 live broadcast.

Satsuki: But it's still impressive. A computer we found on the street can
access the internet in Rojiura. We live in interesting times.
Back when I used a Dreamcast to access the internet, I didn't much
 care for it.

Sion: Try to avoid making references to that era. You may cause
a problem, and keeping the timeline accurate is a lot of work.
 And then there's the remake . . .

Satsuki: Whoops. When I looked at an old anime, someone didn't even have
a keitai, and I realized how incompatible it was with us. How troubling.

Sion: I don't quite understand your example, but I think it works for this
 situation.

Satsuki: Hmm. Is it okay for me to begin now? And it's a live broadcast to
 niconico douga?

Sion: Correct. But we already started some time ago. The camera's active.

Satsuki: Waaaaaah! You're already streaming this!? What should I do? My
 heart's not ready.

Sion: Calm yourself. It's all right, Satsuki. It's Oh dark 200. I very much doubt that
 anyone is watching.

Satsuki: Oh, is that it? This is the perfect time for us, but yeah, I can see how
it might not be for other people. Normal people are sleeping about now.
Now I've completely become a night owl. (sad laughter)

Sion: Well, we're vampires. We can't do anything about it. The only being like
us that can fritter around in the sun is the True Ancestor.

Satsuki: The True Ancestor is amazing. (realizes something) Oh, if Ciel-sempai
sees our broadcast, won't it be dangerous for us!?

Sion: You don't have to worry about that. We have an understanding with Miss Ciel.
She deals with problems as they happen. Even if she does patrols of the city, she
won't patrol it on the net. That would cost extra.

Satsuki: Oh. All right. I guess that makes me feel better. Even so, I feel a little uneasy.
To put it into words . . . I mean, I'm just me.

 Sion: I don't understand, Satsuki.

 Satsuki: Well, uh . . . It's nothing. Nothing. I didn't say anything.
I'll get told off for doing a bad job. A weird character like me isn't funny.
What was that about a remake?

Sion: I don't understand, but that seems about right.
In any case, since we've begun the live broadcast, what shall we do?

Satsuki: You're asking me? Sion, didn't you plan for this? Yesterday, you said that
your calculations were fine and that we should leave the niconico live broadcast to you.

Sion: What? I meant that I could prepare the equipment for the broadcast.

Satsuki: Oh. That's what you meant. Oh no, what am I gonna do? I haven't planned anything
 for this.

Sion: How can this be? It really is exactly according to my calculations. Satsuki,
here in my field of vision, said she has no plan.

Satsuki: Wait, didn't you say this was according to your calculations?

Sion: Whoops. That was outside my calculations. Really. But setting that aside,
Satsuki, as the person on screen, this is your time to shine.

 Satsuki: I'm stuck as the host . . . I've got it! Ries-san! Let's have Ries-san put on
some kind of performance for us! Like a live performance! Wouldn't that be good?

Sion: Satsuki, Ries is busy procuring the funds necessary to support Rojiura Domei.
She's been working since last week in the Hokuriku region. Right about now
she's probably getting back from work.

Satsuki: Oh, is that how it is? Wait, Hokuriku? That's really far away. Although I don't
really know much about the area outside of Misaki. Oh yeah! Ries-san!
Are you watching? (silence) There's no way she'd be watching. He he he.

Riesbyfe: [text] I'm watching! Go for it, Satsuki!

Satsuki: Now that I look at this, there are comments! Even though it's this late,
there are quite a few people watching!

Sion: Rojiura Doumei (Back Alley Alliance) has cleared one step towards our
 adaptation into anime!

Satsuki: Did we really get one step closer?

Sion: I won't let you say you forgot about the spotlight of Toshihiko, Yokohama.
On that day, on that moment, we were were shining (I think).

Riesbyfe: [text] We were shining! All of us!

Satsuki: Well, I guess so. But in the end, it didn't change the fact that we ended up
 living Rojiura lyfe, yo.

Sion: Let's work harder, Satsuki. If this live broadcast is a success, even the
Rojiura Doumei might find a new road opening for it.

Satsuki: About that - if Rojiura Doumei grows, it'll cause a very complex feeling in us.
Something that's hard to describe, you know. Whoops! Now that I think
about it, all we've been doing is rambling! We'll be in trouble if we
 don't do something!

Sion: Let's go with a standard. You can show off your house.

Satsuki: That could work! This is the pride of the Rojiura Doumei, the amazing
Cardboard House! . . . This is not working. Shall we stop?

Sion: Yes, we should. After seeing what provides shelter to the Rojiura Doumei,
the local government might decide to protest. Kirishima Takeru, in Melty Blood X
volumes 1 and 2, introduced many unusual things that caused us trouble.
MBX - may it be like those!

Satsuki: Are you used to this?

Sion: Public relations and sharing data are standard features of the information age.

Satsuki: Oh, I see. Uh . . . first of all, what does one do in a live stream on
 nico nico?

Sion: Document the work done so far with the emperor's seal? Or rather, a
creepy live broadcast, like the one at akanamu channel (that was what I
checked earlier). Although that one turned out to be a bunch of people
hanging around. If it were up to us, we'd do a better job.

Satsuki: So important people like the Roman emperor are on nico nico live?

Sion: The Roman Empire has already been destroyed. No matter how you
think about it, it's an exaggeration. I was pulling a prank on you.
If I try to troll someone from Atlas City, that person will rub dust off
 himself and cough.

Satsuki: Okay . . . Wait, this is no good. If I drop my guard, we'll just end up
 wasting time!

Sion: It is a live broadcast. And it's not like we've prepared any scenario for it.

Satsuki: What should I do? Oh okay, I'll see if there's another thing being broadcast
right now and use it as a reference.

Sion: I understand and will assist.

Satsuki: So what are you looking at? 'Try to Sing'? A show where I sing? I guess
those things exist too. But maybe that would be embarrassing.

Riesbyfe: I want to hear you! Satsuki! Sing for us!

Sion: People doing liveplays of videogames are also popular. Our Kinoko's been sinking
a lot of time into Dark Souls.

Satsuki: We don't have any consoles here.

Riesbyfe: [text] Okay, when I get back, I'll get you one. For now, you gotta wait!

Sion: It seems like some strange comments are coming in.

 Riesbyfe: [text] No, there aren't!

Satsuki: Oh, this is bad. Don't we have anything?

Sion: Nothing to be done. Don't worry, Satsuki. I thought this might happen.
So for today's broadcast, I got a guest to appear on our show.

Satsuki: Oh, really? Awesome. It's nice that we have someone kind enough to appear
on our stream. This is kinda surprising. Oh, and let me apologize - this broadcast
is the Rojiura Radio - and though we come on at a weird time - okay,
 Rojiura Radio now begins!

Riesbyfe: [text] Naming it Rojiura Radio, how awesomely done, Satsuki!

Sion: There are still some weird comments coming in. It's like a jinx. We'll pay them
no mind. After all, right now there's no way that Riesbyfe, who is supposed to
be working, is currently slacking off and commenting on nico.

Riesbyfe: [text] Of course not. That isn't possible.

Satsuki: Is the guest already here?

Sion: Yes, naturally. And now it's time for me to introduce our special guest.
Our part-time worker in the Rojiura Doumei: White Len-san!

Satsuki: Oh, it's been a long time, White Len-san. We appreciate your coming
 here as our guest.

 Satsuki: Uh-oh.

 Sion: What's wrong?

 Satsuki: Uh, Sion . . .

 Sion: Yes?

 Satsuki: This is Black Len!

Sion: Uh! Oh, yes. She has different-colored hair. Wasn't her hair changing part of the
 setting?

Satsuki: Oh, her hair color changes? Well, that doesn't- oh, her hair grows on its own.
Wait, that doesn't matter. And for the radio, this is a meaningless guest.

Riesbyfe: For many reasons, this one is hopeless.

Satsuki: My bad. You took the time to come here, and though it might be meaningless,
if we can't hear your voice . . . Wow, it's dark over here.

Sion: It's a live broadcast, and it does fit the look of what we're making. It can't
be helped that Rojiura grows above the darkness, living in the shadow. We
can say that they are unseen.

Satsuki: You said you were hungry and wanted a can of cat food? What should we do,
Sion? Should we go to the convenience store?

Sion: It seems we have no choice. Let's get some. It's night, and if we pretend to be
human, we should have no problems.

Satsuki: Well, I am trying to act like a human. Well Len-san, can we count on you?

Sion: We'll rely on you for a while, Len-san.

Len: [sign] The next broadcast will begin at nightfall and end at dawn.

Riesbyfe: Wait, is that the end?
